We are excited to announce Open Door is now offering a Meditation, Pranayama (breath work) and Mindfulness Teacher Training Course.
In this 7 month, 100 hours course, student teachers will learn how to teach Meditation, Pranayama and Mindfulness. For RYTs (registered yoga teacher, Yoga Alliance) 100 hours of continuing education are applied.
If you are not looking to become a teacher and want to deepen your Meditation, Pranayama and Mindfulness knowledge and practice, this course is suitable and suggested for you as well.
